Focusing on healthy eating.

I've been with SP for almost 3 years. I've been stuck for a year and need to make a change. I plan to focus on why I'm here this year. I'm here to get healthy and fit. I'm going to try and not get caught up in the numbers this year.

My Goals:
1 = 30 day staying in calorie range
2 = exercise 6 days per week

My Program:
Exercise:
In preparation to do the Grand Canyon next May, hike at least 10 miles every week until May. Preferably with an elevation gain of 500 ft per mile or steeper.
Walking 3-5 miles 4-5 days a week
Other Cardio for 30-60 minutes 2-3 times a week
ST 30-60 minutes 3 times a week
Nutrition:
Eat between 1650-2000 calories a day at least 6 days a week.
Meet all my nutrient goals at least 5 days a week.

Personal Information:
I've lived in Washington State all my life. I can't imagine living anywhere else. Such a beautiful state.

Other Information:
I love to hike and do a ton of photography. I've seen almost every fire lookout in Washington State
