When I made the Wii Fit comment I didn't realize that you were doing a hoop thing till later when I saw your page. I have never been able to hula hoop in my life...until Wii Fit LOL! I'm actually the Wii Fit champ at hula hooping (in my house!). After I commented on your blog I did go get on our Fit. I probably hadn't been on since Jan/Feb. I was SHOCKED to find out that I have lost 18 lbs since the last time I was on. Shocked because I hadn't really TRIED to lose weight. Your post reminded me that the Wii Fit isn't just a training tool, it's also a tracker. I even beat my own record on something yesterday. Thanks for reminding how great the Fit is! 2365 days ago
I am happy with my current weight I don't want it to go far down ... can lose a few inches, though (it's a lifestyle) ... but I had lost a handful of pounds and inches that were regained last winter, and continued to do so, with getting onto Spark early this year.
