My goal is to lose at least 42 pounds. I'm starting over again. Here goes (11/30/13)
UPDATING MY GOAL: OK, serious 28 pound dent accomplished as of 8/28/09. It'stime to reset a PRE-New Year goal. By Jan 1st, 2010 ~ I *WILL* lose another 22 pounds. I will, I will, I will ! ! !
After a set back, I'm starting to move forward again, looking toward that 51 birthday and working on becoming better than I was yesterday.
10/31/11 ~ Starting over again. Began my journey here in 'o9. lost 20 lbs. Went MIA, but made it down 30lbs. Dropped out completely, did ok for a yr. In the last yr. I've gotten preoccupied with - not me! and put on 10 more than I have ever weighed in my life. My body is telling me to 'Get that together, come back and see me!" Here goes!
1) I'm recommitting to walking at least a mile a day.
***6/6/09***With 8 weeks left until my 50th, Let's up this to at least 3 miles a day! Hopefully more!
***8/14/09 My 50th just a cpl weeks away, and I'm still working on getting to a 30 pound loss. I will reset my time frame to losing 50 lbs sometime in my 50th year! I'm still progressing! Yay!

I, like the rest of you, juggle my hobbies and life. My juggling pins are Television, reading, beading, scrapping, striving to be generally crafty, kids, walking the LBD, my own exercise regime, and the most time consuming...workin' for a livin'. Oh, was I supposed to socialize too???
