OK all here it is... my fitness schedule! I have to stick to this.

Mon - Fri- 2-3 miles walk on treadmill in AM, Walk to and from work,
Tue- Thur- Sat- Do 30 minutes of Strength training.

Eat Right!
Keep within my Calorie range.
Eat atleast 4 fruits a day
Eat atleast 4 veggis a day
Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water a day.

Hello again! It's good to see some familiar faces again. I too have gained everything back after going through a divorce and losing 60 lbs. I'm ready to lose big again! We can do this!

Oh my gosh - you have no idea how happy I was to see your post on my Sparkpage! I too have gained back everything I lost but thing is we know HOW to do this-we just need to DO it!! I will hold you accountable and please feel free to check on my progress too. Neraus is on the Reunion page and I got a response from Aspen Jules as well! We are building up to having some of our original team back :) Baby steps to better health-CHEERS emoticon

Ok where is everyone hiding? I need my old support team on the 40 Something reunion page! Neraus, Starlight and myself have checked back in and I hope you do to-would be so nice to catch up. I really, REALLY need to make my changes stick this time with no excuses-life is going to be bumpy and that is no excuse to stop caring about ourselves. Take care and hope to see you soon!

Ok enough working and time to play!! Hope you are ok, I miss chatting with you. How was your Christmas? Are you doing well with your eating and exercise? I have started back to Weight Watchers and so far down 7 lbs. I am not doing great on the exercise yet but that is the next step. Take care and come back to the chit chat!!
