Thank you so much for your response. I brought tears to my eyes because I know most of the people I used to know are probably well past their goals. But I know I can do it this time. I am focused and grounded, and God is my rock and fortress. I have to do it for me and my health. I suffer from fibromyalgia, and it is very difficult to get motivated to exercise when I am in so much pain but I do understand the more I exercise the better it will be. So I'm starting today.
