My fitness journey
I have always struggled with my weight. I've been a member of Spark for over a year now, and it has really helped me manage my weight and be accountable for exercise. :) I just started my program over June 1st. It's a clean start with new health-related goals including sleep, exercise, and journaling for mental health.

My Goals:
I will have a healthy, non-obsessive relationship with food and exercise, and I will maintain a healthy weight. I will have a healthy lifestyle. I will be physically fit to do my job and feel good about my body.
My Program:
Use the food journal to be accountable. Stay between 1200 and 1550 calories per day. Use the fitness tracker. Do cardio/strength training 3x/wk. Burn at least 560 cal/week. Track my daily goals on Spark.
