Eat a reasonable diet (I like to listen to the www.reasonablediet.com podcast for good sense and motivation).

Stretch 10 minutes a day to music I love.

Besides walking the dog & cardio, add strength-training to my fitness routine

Get 8 hours sleep most nights a week.

Hi! I just read your post on a blog from last year, which said you wanted to do 100? real push ups by the end of Jan 2010. I'm real curious if you made that goal. I couldn't do a push up if my life depended on it! I do wall push ups instead. (and even that is hard) I'd like to be your friend, cause I turn 63 this month, and I'd like to fill the flabby skin I have from lost weight into muscle. Maybe an unreasonable goal, at my age, but I want to try. I have no idea how to find out what a proper weight is for people our age. Doctors tend to want us to carry extra in case we get sick, but I'm 63, not 83, and pretty healthy except for arthritis. Will you be my buddy? emoticon Barbara;-}
