I'm Back and more determined that before!

I was with SP a year ago. I left due to some changes in my life. I loved the support and encouragement that I got through SP..even if I was not working my program like it was intended. I even led a few groups. I am now back...heavier than before, but more determined to really make a life change and become a healthier me! I am tired of hiding behind others in photos, and cringing when I see myself in a mirror, or in a picture. I have joined a gym and am commited to really making the lifestyle ...

I want to be around for a long time for my hubby, kids and grandkids! I am Tina and I am To be FIT! thus my new user name Tina2bfit! looking forward to sharing this journey towards a healthier me with all of you!

emoticon You're very welcome and thank you for stopping by my spark page. Thank you so much for the compliment, you are so sweet. I try and keep myself moving through out the day but I do an hour of ZUMBA or some type of cardio and an hour of strength training almost everyday or at least every other day.

Hi Tina! This is Tina...wait if you are 2...was I #3? Yes I've been gone for a few years (sorry). I had to retire as Chief of the Fire Department due to "people" issues. I have been keeping to myself for the past couple of years. I can't get the FD out of my blood!

I have been doing my workouts 3x a week (sometimes more). How have you been? I hope you are well. I have missed talking to you :)
