I see you may be back with Spark People again. And do you have Lupus? My goodness no wonder we haven't seen you as of late. I sure have missed you.

Today is absolutely beautiful. The sun is shining out side and the Son is shining inside, in my heart. Tomorrow is supposed to be a different story with more snow. But that won't dampen my spirits because the Son will still shine in my heart. Bringing joy to others keeps it shining. I am sure you do that all day long at your work. That is what fills us up and keeps us moving in the right direction with our "diet' plans. We WILL win this race.

I am reminded of this scripture: Ecc. 9:11 " I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all."

We each can make the most of our day by what we think, say and do that are all in harmony with each other. Make the most of your day today. I sure intend to.
