Better Late Than Never

What? I'm suppose to eat right AND exercise? You mean I need to do BOTH? Get out of town!!!! Why didn't someone tell me this before?

Well, better late than never, I suppose. I decided to change my life in 2012 and it has only gotten better and better every day. I have lost over 50 lbs., and I am more physically fit than I have ever been in my whole adult life. I'm still a work in progress, but thanks to the support I have on spark, I can reach my goals. I am sure of it! ...

I've been on Spark since 2009 and other than a few months I disappeared I have my weight record.... so since everything is always on facebook and I can find the dates for that I can find my weight... it was pretty neat ha ha.

Are you kidding me?! You're still putting yourself down?! I'd whack you if I was near you :) You are gorgeous and look fantastic & have done so freakin' well! I sure hope you start treating yourself kinder and affirming how wonderful you are. Sheesh, girl!

You are telling me LOL! I really was surprised, I got up as high as 199 :( I knew that I would drop quickly from 199 and I figured 195 was my "real weight" and that I was going to have to fight tooth and nail to get the rest off, then I hit 190.6 in a week... and I was like this is it, I will be lucky to lose 1 pound a week after this but this morning was 188.6, just 3 days later. I know it's REALLY going to stop soon and it's going to be depressing but I am so glad. My lowest was 181 in August and I really want to hit the 170's this time. ;) And I saw your post, just 1 pound gain from the holidays, that is so great and it'll be gone in the blink of an eye! :D
