    I just want to tell you to DO THIS!!!! If you are just like I used to be, I need you to know it is so worth it to cut out the excuses and get in the game! I have always had low self esteem, thoughts of regret, depressed feelings and that is all changing with weight loss. Along with a better body you get healthier, a more positive outlook, great things to look forward to and you get to knock the socks off people you know. Everytime you just want one more chip, one more soda, one more hot dog, one more big mac (whatever it is) just know how great you would feel if you reached your goals- don't wait. Get started, go all in and make it happen! Don't be sitting there in a year from now wondering how far you could have gone if you started today! Remember, yesterday you said tomorrow!!!! Let's do this together!
