My Goals:
I need to lose 134 pounds. I want to be 150 pounds by my 44th birthday!!! I wasted ENOUGH of my life being a slave to food and fat... Jesus died to set me free and its about time I let Him do it!

My Program:
Keeping calories between 1200-1599 on average. Planned indulgence on holidays must still stay under 2000 calories.

Working out with Biggest Loser Challenge for Wii, 30 Day Shred, Wii Fit Plus, and walking. 30 minutes exercise minimum each day.

Personal Information:
Homeschooling Mom of three, my oldest just graduated our homeschool and is in college. The other two are in 3rd and 4th grade. My middle child is dyslexic, but he's reading now! :-D

Other Information:
I love Jesus, my family, and my church!

I am into photography, chess, NASCAR, (Go Jimmie and team 48!!!) motorcycles. fishing, crochet, small engine repair, writing, arts and crafts, sewing, teaching, Bible study... etc.

I noticed on the message tech boards about tracking sugar. You can track each individual kind of sugar.
SUGAR is SUCROSE
All of those are sugar if they end in -ose.
Fructose is fruit sugar but still a sugar-it does have more nutrients though.
I went to my track other foods and put in all of those dextrose is another they are in there.
If you only want to track sugar just use sucrose. I am diabetic and I also want to track fructose because i try to avoid High fructose corn syrup. Hope it helps i will keep checking back to read what the dietician writes. I even add my vitamins in to the tracker I record them as( SUPPLEMENTS - Vit C ) for example so I can get to them easier.
If you take a multi just add all the nutrition and Spark will put them in. That would be SUPPLEMENTS- Multi. Vit.
