I am a little worried about not tracking, so I will continue daily weigh ins to make sure I don't go into a gaining mode. I know a few members that are working on intuitive eating, so I want to look into that as well.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog, "Is This How It Ends?" I agree with you completely: Second chances are great. The site is just a tool, not totally based in reality, and if it changes the course of someone's destiny, and fosters better eating habits, then it accomplished its goal.
