No longer wanting to be a "thick chick"

I started sparkpeople after many years of struggling w/my weight. I started calling myself a Thick Chick in high school b/c all my friends were also overweight to obese and my weight really started to balloon. I blamed it on my hormones. My max weight was close to 220 in 2001 and a size 18 pants. In 2005 I "magically" (b/c I didn't change my diet or my activity) got down to 160 which I also gave credit to hormonal changes. By the time I received my bachelor's at the end of 2006 I was back up to 190 lbs and staying 5-10 lbs above & below that since. Now I'm tired of leaving it up to my hormones.
Technically I have been over weight since the start of puberty (age 8). I'm healthy overall but I wish to lose the weight b/c I have grown from a girl to a woman and I feel I have yet to see what I am supposed to look like. Hopefully by Halloween I will get to finally see myself. I'll post pics of my progress.

My Goals:
My goal is to get to 160lbs or even 155 by Halloween 2009. When I was that weight I had no idea how small I was and how good I looked. It's still considered "overweight" for my height according to my BMI, but I could see bones at that weight so that what I'm going for.

My Program:
A little bit of everything....watching what I eat, doing P90x, Turbo Jam, Tae-bo, Elliptical trainer, pilates, bellydancing....Blah!
