When I got married in 1999 I was 18 and my physical prime. Now going on 12 years later I'm still happily married, and now also the mom of two adorable little girls. I'd never give up my girls for anything, but I have to say I miss that pre-mommy body I've given up. And with my 30th b'day on the horizon I'm determined that while I may never have that pre-mommy body again I can certainly strive for the next best thing which would be to be at the best I can be for me now.

Fitness Minutes: 135

My Goals:
I (and dh too) want to get as healthy as I can be so that I can set a good example for my girls. They're both the perfect weight and size for their age right now, but I was too at their ages. I don't want them to learn bad lifestyle ideas from me that will later on haunt them down the line. We already try to eat fairly healthy, but exercising is a big "must" to be added to my day to day routine. Oh, and I'd like to lose, at least, 45 pounds and get back to a healthier, more comfortable weight. I don't need to be the thinest person alive, but I want to be happy in the skin I'm in.

My Program:
I don't have anything specific to list here quite yet. Will be starting the Couch to 5K program next week, and hope to alternate some other body toning and strengthening exercises on the days inbetween.

I love my husband; we've been married for 11+ years.

I love my daughters; they are 7 & 4 years old.

I love to read, watch movies, play games, travel, digi scrap, exercise, and spend time with my family and friends.

In short, I am blessed!
