Spend a night at the Hike-Inn. Go to Discovery Cove. Swim with the manatees in FL. White water rafting next summer. Zip-line with my son (possibly).

My Goals:
I am not going to try to attain a weight within a healthy range as defined by all of the charts. I'm striving for a weight I attained 12 years ago which was about 10 pounds over the Weight Watchers goal. That's what I think is realistic for me.
My Program:
Portion control, eliminating the white stuff - potatoes, rice, sugar, pasta, enriched flour - as much as possible. But perfection is not the goal. I'm tracking my food on Sparkpeople. 30 min. of cardio 5X/week
Personal Information:
I live on top of a mountain, am married, and homeschool my 12 year old son. I have plantar fasciitis which is currently keeping me from enjoying walking and hiking. But I'm stretching and working out most days on a stationery bike.
Other Information:
Nothing in the world can take the place of Persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. The slogan 'Press On' has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race. - Calvin Coolidge
