TROUT, you ask and stated on 5/14/16 this: How much is everyone exercising? I'm walking 30 to 40 minutes a day. I intend to do yoga stretching, but mostly I forget to do it.
THM Deb, THM Carol, YJNANA , me and others are doing a 5K on the 28th & or 29th of May. We all have Fitbits and or use Runkeeper App. Do you have a Fitbit?

We have a great team leaders and group of folks on the Trim Healthy Mama team and we're all here for you, I'm just one of the members.
I just started the very end of Jan. 2015. I bought the THM Plan book Feb. 10th and just got the Cookbook Mar. 10th. But I have started losing weight and inches. In 1 month I lost 5.25 inches and 5 lbs. and I'm a slow loser. Most folks lose faster than me and that's okay, we're all different.
