I am about to undergo the most wonderful and drastic life change for myself, and the fact that I AM doing it for myself is the most amazing part.
I am now approaching my 1 year surgiversary (7/26/13) and I feel so very blessed. I have a new life, and a really new outlook on life. I am sooooo very glad that I finally made the choice to get my Gastric Bypass Surgery, it has truly saved my life, and I am so thankful for all of my blessings that I have each and every day!!!
First I am NOT eating a cheesecake everytime I get stressed or some other cake, cookies or etc... I try to eat a hi protein, and healthy lifestyle everyday, but I am NOT perfect!! I take one day at a time and thats it.
I was born in Dunedin, FL and spent most of my childhood there. I have a colorful background, I have done alot of different things. Worked at a grocery store in high school, then was bitten by the beauty business bug and worked as a Nail Tech for many years off and on, I then changed direction several times, but i kept getting closer to that medical field. I spent way to many years working in EMS, but I look back on it with GREAT memories!! I really miss the great friends that I worked with over the years, from Tarpon Ambulance, Pinellas, MEDIC ONE, LifeFleet, and then SUNSTAR, you all made such an big impact in my life and I will never forget all of you and the great times we shared. I have been a stay at home mommy to my 4 legged babies ever since a car accident in 1998 left me with a severely damaged spinal cord, and etc. I now just try to live the best life that I am able to, and in May of this year (2013) I started a home based business as a
"PAMPERED CHEF" Independent Consult
I LOVE my wonderful Standard Poodles and they are my world. I also take care of my "Step Dad" who is 73, and is like having a kid!! Other than that I just try to live life to my potential and I try to do as much as my body will allow me to do. One day at a time!!!!
