My Program:
Starting Chris Powell's Classic Carb Cycle.
It feels really complicated, so I am just working on the food side of the plan for a week or two, then I will add his exercise in.


Personal Information:
I have always hated to exercise... it even hurt to run when I was a little kid. But I had this dream a few years ago, where I was strong, and running freely from place to place... easily... it was so liberating. I want *that*.

I have RA, and am also carrying extra weight after having my last baby, so I move slowly and stiffly. I want to be stronger and more flexible.

Hi THENOTORIOUSB, I just wanted to let you know I have been doing carb-cycling (turbo) for the past 4 weeks, going on 5 weeks now and have lost 33lbs (one of the weeks was the first week in May 2013, I restarted it August 31). I started Carb-cycling when I weighed 296.5lbs, I am now 263.5lbs. I love this program. Your right about taking it week by week. Just stick to it and you will find the number on the scale going down. All it takes is "baby steps". YOU CAN DO IT! I'll be rooting for you! emoticon

Your welcome! lol know what you mean about eating more I was scared as well but when my brother suggested to up my calories and along with all I knew I thought why not! And its working!! Lol you gotta to eat to lose it...go figure emoticon emoticon
