My goal is to continue with my low sugar/carb diet and add weight training to my cardio routine. :)
Ive already lost my weight so my next step is to tone up my muscles and keep my weight in check. I lost my weight by eliminating added sugars and carbs from my diet. It was very hard but well worth the effort because not only did I drop lbs but I feel so much better! Now Im very excited to get on with weight training! ;)
In my free time I LOVE to read a good book. Family and friends are very imortant to me.
