I also would like to create a more active lifestyle so that I can stray away from being so sedentary. I believe that accomplishing this will help secure a long-lasting future with my loved ones.

My Goals:
As I reach these goals, I will be posting them on here.

My Program:
 My plan is to eat 1,500 calories a day and work out between 4 - 5 times a week. I will also incorporate strength training 3 times a week as well as doing some weight training. On the days where I don't have to do any strength training, I will incorporate some other type of cardio and yoga.

The Scorpio child is born to a father who didn't want a child for whatever reason, which may never have been discussed in the home, but the sensitive little Scorpio picks up on this and learns not to trust others. She asks "What do they want from me and what is in this for me?" Scorpio is a good sign for a woman to be since it is "fixed" water, making her very emotional, but in our culture a woman is allowed to be emotional. She can be very jealous, even of siblings when she feels she has been slighted. Scorpio being a "fixed" sign can stay with and finish what she starts but she also has a very difficult time trying to change. She can certainly have a weight problem as her emotions get the best of her. But, she can exercise and stay with a routine, so her weight issue is ALL up to her and no one else. What she is is all of her own making. She lives a life of extremes and is never center-field on any issue. She makes up her mind quickly and stays with her decision or feelings on an issue.
She gets along with Virgo, Taurus, Pisces, Capricorn and Cancer. She should avoid Sagittarius as he will be to blunt for her although she can be very sarcastic when she wants to be. It is her way of protecting herself and getting out her "sting."
She makes a good detective or policewoman.
Scorpio must be in control of any relationship she is in, as this goes back to her feeling unsure as a child.

Like the other water signs, this sign is very sensitive and emotional. With Scorpio, unlike the water signs Cancer and Pisces, the emotions remain under rigid control.
