Hello my name is Elizabeth. I have been MIA for awhile now but am back. October 17, 2012 I had gastric bypass surgery and am now back here to keep myself accountable and stay on track. I workout 5-6 days a week. I have recently made myself start taking a day off, those rest days are important. Ido strength training at least 5 of those days and then cardio all 6 days. I am a total cardio junkie. I try to switch up my exercises. Right now I am doing Jamie Eason 12-week program from bodybuilding.com.

Thank you so much for your sweet comments on my photos.

As far as keeping my arms toned, I do A LOT of strength training. I try not to go to heavy, I'm not looking to be a body builder I just push myself.
