My Goals:
New goals for last quarter of 2010.
~Complete Round 2 of P90X- (Started Oct. 5.)
~Manage food better so daily entry in food journal.
~Lose 3% BF by 12/31/10.
~Be able to complete 20 standard pushups (chest touch floor)
~Aim for a size 8 jean!

My Program:
Trying to Journal all food eaten. Eat 2,100 calories a day and 8 glasses of water. Burning in excess of 3,800 calories/week.

*P90X 6 days a week.
*Jazzercize at work 2 nights a week for fun (or CardioX in the evening for a 2-a-day regimine).
**Try to get a long run in on the weekend to keep my running going.

Personal Information:
I'm a Mom of 2 active children and want to be able to catch them AND be a good role model. Luckily I LOVE working out. My biggest struggle is the calories in/calories out. Lately through P90X I think it was not enough calories IN so I'm mixing it up and trying their food plan.

First Yoga X eh? How was that? I loathe how long it is...but it's so good for you. I am doing the lean version...so I don't have to do plyo. I tried ti once..ya know, for fun (LOL) I just about took my head off with my bouncing boobs! HA HA Have fun with it!
