So dog walking will be my main excersise as I have to do it every morin anyways. I also want to get back into yoga. My husband has said that he wants to work out as well so now I would like to find something that the both of us could do.

Well my ankle is finally on the mend. I think that I may be able to do some yoga today. I really want to start to incorporate fitness into my life. I have been pretty good at tracking my food, averaging 5 out of 7 days. We have a cabin and whan I am out ther I have no interenet so I get a bit lazy. Although I still do watch what I eat. YEsterday I didn't eat nearly enough. That can be a problem as well. emoticon

Well Spraining my ankle has helped me realize how much I want to be active. I am focusing on tracking my food though. I will do this. Also I took 2 days off this week. Didnt track and did nt worry about what I ate. Next week it will be one day. I think it is good to still have that ability if this is going to be a lifelong change. OR a lot of little changes that lead up to a life change emoticon emoticon
