Doing it the right way...

I've been over weight, at least a little, my whole life. I know it's a typical story with almost everyone but it's made me the way I am today. I could get by with eating what I want when I was playing sports constantly but with going to college I become less active, then eating the same bad foods, I gained weight...and continued to! Several years later I have hit the gym in spurts and lost 15 or so pounds but never really changed my eating habits. Now, feeling like I am the biggest I have been ...

Now, feeling like I am the biggest I have been (I haven't weighed myself in years), I am finally going to educate myself and do it the right way!!
