Thank you so much for the Spark Goodie. Had a good day yesterday with family. Miszed Brooks but know that he was looking down and smiling at us. Geo. Jr. said I know you miss Dad, and I will take you up to the cemetery on his BD Aug. 31st. It is about 60 miles, the Florida Veterans National Cemetery.

Hope you are doing good, as good as can be expected.

Glad that you had a great weekend. I went to church this morning, went back and had coffee and soup and talked to the ladies, then went to Big Lots. Can't get used to not hurying to get home to Brooks. Guess I never will.
Have a good week. I work the church food bank in the morning, and again Thurs. Trying to stay busy.

Good luck on your weighin. I have to get serious. Trying to count points with WW. since I am a stress eating person, it has been hard the last couple of months.

I found you, and made you a friend. Hope that is okay. I do enjoy my groups here, and the support of ones nearer my age. 81 next month. Where does time go? Brooks would have been 85 next month if he had lived. God had other plans, and I do know we will be together again. Our Son will be 61. Have a good day. Hugs
