My Goals:
To be fit and healthy, and NOT have to wear "Plus-Sized" clothes!

My Program:
Baby Steps, baby! One after the other.

Using the Spark People food and fitness trackers have proven to be keys to my success.

Likewise, when I don't use them...I don't succeed.

Personal Information:
I'm a self-indulgent emotional binge volume eater and have been most of my life.

I've tried changing my lifestyle with just about everything except surgery, and that's just not gonna happen.

I want to renew my passion for Kettlebells, as I am convinced that they are the key to a healthy and fit rest of my life.

I'm a young 55 and I'm married to a super supportive man. I've got two kids; my daughter is 19 and my son is 21. Neither one live with me anymore. I have two furkids: Sophie, who will be 6 years old in April, and Faith, who will be one year old on May 30, 2014. They're both Bernese Mountain Dogs.

I hear the Southbeach diet is good and healthy. I am gluten and sugar fee myself and eat a diabetics diet less the gluten products.

Best wishes on reaching your goal. Remember one day at a time and one meal at a time making healthy choices.
