My Healthy Goals

My name is Tessa and I am 256years old. mine is the same old story: years of dieting with varying levels of success.

So I am back. once again, trying to find a plan that I can stick with, not just for now, but for the rest of my life. All I can do is take the experiences that I have and try to learn from them.

My Weight-Loss Goals:
1. Count my calories every single day in 2011!
2. Stay active in 2011! run run run!
3. Lose 10% of my body weight -REACHED 5/12/11 !
4. Get Down to 155 and keep it off
5. Goal Weight 145-149 pounds
6. Keep the 10% off (be under 166) for a year, two, three...

My Running/Fitness Goals:
1. get back in shape! to me that means run 3 miles in 36 minutes 3 days in a row (old running regiment)
2. run a 5K in 25 minutes
3. run a 10K
4. run a 1/2 marathon
