Try, try again!

After years of being on spark and not accomplishing much weight loss wise it is time to change it up again. While I have learned a lot about healthier eating for myself it hasn't translated in to weight loss and I really want a more balanced life in that regard.

I am going to change things up every 100 days and review as I go along. The idea behind this is that I will not embark on making changes and then forget about it for a couple of months and then start again. This ...

I am going to change things up every 100 days and review as I go along. The idea behind this is that I will not embark on making changes and then forget about it for a couple of months and then start again. This stopping and starting is what is leading me to yoyo dieting which I never did for most of my life. I am going to make changes that I can build on over time so there is no real end just this one last start. No more yoyo anything.

Thanks for the great comment on my blog! I finally got my husband to understand that keeping the stuff around would be bad for ME, regardless of his feelings about it.

Thanks for the goodie! I'm making the sauerkraut this weekend but I guess heat kills the good bacteria so it will be different eating it as a side not cooked to get the benefits. I was like you - my favorite way was in Ruebens or Bigos I really do notice a big difference between when I eat cultured foods daily or skip them for a few days so I have to remember to include them every day.
