My Goals:
My goal is to lose the unwanted extra weight and keep it off!
My Program:
To meet my goals, I am not only counting my calories but actually tracking them so that I can see what I am doing (right or wrong). Also, my sister and I are training for a half marathon, so we have naturally increased our activity. Did I mention my sister? She's also my diet buddy. She just might be the reason I make it this time.
Personal Information:
Thirty something mother of two living in a small community surrounded by nature. I love to camp and go on adventure walks through the woods.
