Hi! I'm Terri! I'm a SAHM. It seems every time I have lost weight I got pregnant and gained it all back plus some! I registered for SparkPeople because I would like to fit in my clothes comfortably again and have energy to keep up with my kiddos.
I am tired of spending most of my days in sweats because nothing else fits.
My goal is to get fit and develop a new lifestyle to maintain my comfortable weight.

-1 Firm Workout daily (evenings) S,T,Th.

-Walk the dog
Su,M,T,W,Th,F, S(mornings).

-Use one piece of exercise equipment M,W,F (my treadmill-afternoon).

-Follow my Spark Diet Plan.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take vitamins.

-Read inspirational articles, books, and quotes daily!

Personal Information:
I love running, roller blading, weight lifting, and cardio.

I enjoy playing and coaching soccer.

I love ZUMBA too!




Other Information:
I enjoy reading books by Louis Lamour and other books with inspiring tales.

Yes they do have modifications in every workout! They're super short..and they're intense but not over the top. some are "easier" than others! I hope you try sometime! you may like it! thanks for visiting my blog by the way! emoticon
