Thank you for the offer to come visit sometime. It would be so cool if that would happen. You're right, you never know where travels will take you. I will definitely keep it in mid & I will certainly let you know if I travel your way emoticon We live in Ohio, so the same goes to you as well. I used to freeze everything , until we started getting a pig butchered , then I didn't have the freezer space I once had. I had desire to can, but I read up on it, & talked to friends about it , so I have been canning a bit the last 2 summers, I do up pickles, spaghetti sauce, last year , I did stewed tomatoes & salsa as well, applesauce, apple butter & pumpkin butter . It was great ! I think all of that I only had 1 jar I threw away because I thought it looked funny. If they don't seal properly,I do freeze them. I did 27 pints of spaghetti sauce, I had 4 that didn't seal, they're in the freezer, so they didn't go to waste. I think as long as you cook it all through , the worry of botulism is very minimal, but it is a bit time consuming, more than just freezing items . Anyways, hope your freezing is going well emoticon

Thanks for the goodie! I wish it could be a real tomato - I love them! Thanks also for the kind words about remarrying after losing a loved one. This will definitely be a new adventure. Take care!

She is in 9th so it is time for Algebra. We had been doing fairly indepth Pre-Algebra at home and what she is doing at this moment she "knows" but has lost it because of the process and words. Ugh! Going to have a good talk with that particular teacher tonight. LOL
