Losing Those Last 15

60 pounds down in about a year and 15 left to go to get to a normal BMI. I'm going to continue to do everything exactly the same. The thing I'm working on is motivation because I feel really good right now and can wear cute clothes again and I could be complacently slightly overweight. I'm doing the Beck Diet Solution to help keep me on track. Whatever I do, I'm on this plan for life and not ever going back.

Thanks for the comment on my blog this morning. I know what you mean about guys like your hubby. Some weight lifters are OCD about training. It's a good thing, right?
