2014 Fabulous Fall

In September I'll have my one year Sparkversary. I've planned to change things up and reenergize my program. I'm committing to making weight training a bigger part of my exercise. I added ice hockey. I'll be training for my first half marathon.

Thanks for stopping by my 8 Miles Tomorrow blog. Glad to hear you will be doing a half, when is yours? Do you have a training plan to follow? I have one that my running store provided as part of the running program if you want me to share.

I think it would be best to meet afterwards. The start is quite a mob scene since both races start in the same area. Last year I was still in the porta-potty line as they were singing the National Anthem.

The 4 mile finish is at the college and they bus us back to the start at the HS. The 10 mile finish is at the HS.

So maybe get our food and sit on the HS steps and walk across the grass to see our daughters finish the 10 miler?

Yes, I love the Thinwiches. Sometimes I buy the organic eggs and use those but not too often they have a lot of cholesterol in them. Have a great day! emoticon
