Winning Winter 2014

In September I had my one year Sparkversary. I lost 60 pounds. I have about 20 left to lose to get to my goal. In this, my second winter on Spark People, I hope to continue the momentum and enthusiasm. I want to continue to embrace living a new lifestyle and learning to like new healthy things -foods and habits. I treasure the friends I've made on Spark People and wish everyone a winter of content.

Thanks for the Goodie. We'll miss you at Shamrock. When I had that extra 25 lbs, I thought I was fine UNLESS I was running, especially up a hill. That's what really made the difference.
