Losing Those Last 15

60 pounds down in about a year and 15 left to go to get to a normal BMI. I'm going to continue to do everything exactly the same. The thing I'm working on is motivation because I feel really good right now and can wear cute clothes again and I could be complacently slightly overweight. I'm doing the Beck Diet Solution to help keep me on track. Whatever I do, I'm on this plan for life and not ever going back.

thanks for the encouraging note on my blog..I am getting the paperwork together right now and headed into town.
Once the refi is in place I should be able to focus on the house as the construction crew will be doing all of the outside!

Off I go to the world of High Finance..hee hee NOT!!

Have a great day! emoticon

Thanks Teri,
I think the New Atkins is a little less restrictive on carbs. For the first two weeks it is pretty restrictive - 20 carbs a day. But for OWL - ongoing weight loss you can go up to 25 carbs a day and then each week you can add 5 carbs per day unless your weight loss starts to stall and then you need to back off on the carbs. At least that is what I understand. Also focused on getting a lot of carbs from veggies. Seems not so bad so far.
Have a great weekend!

A par 3 is great to perfect the short game. That is what I need to work on. Hope you are feeling better!
