Losing Those Last 15

60 pounds down in about a year and 15 left to go to get to a normal BMI. I'm going to continue to do everything exactly the same. The thing I'm working on is motivation because I feel really good right now and can wear cute clothes again and I could be complacently slightly overweight. I'm doing the Beck Diet Solution to help keep me on track. Whatever I do, I'm on this plan for life and not ever going back.

Hi Teri,
Thanks for coming over and visiting! I think YOU should be doing a journal, or at a minimum getting pictures developed from your trip and your marathons! What wonderful memories you are making on your journey and it should be CELEBRATED! You are such an inspiration to me, and I can't thank you enough for inviting me to the Winter 5% Challenge. I have met so many nice people and it's just been a wonderful experience!

emoticon Thank you Teri! Yes, I've been sick about 2 weeks but have turned the corner and am on the mend. Thought it was pneumonia but it's a severe sinus infection. Core pain was from the coughing. Fitness and streaks have bit the dust but I'm looking forward to easing back into it all. Hope to get outside awhile today. Thank you for the "tea" it is one of the things that has helped the most! Hugs.
