Be on my last 15 pounds to lose by the end of December (no longer on schedule), which means transition to maintaining at the end of February. And try not to be so much of a weight-loss pest during the rest of the holidays.
Sparking has worked so far - big thanks to all Sparkers - so, I'll keep Sparking.
This pause in weight loss is a rehearsal for maintaining.

These are exactly the kinds of things I was thinking of. I do not expect people to spend hours on a daily challenge. First of all I don't purport to know what kind of schedule those who care to read the blog and join have on a daily basis., and secondly no one would want to commit and join.
