Hello, my name is Tracy and I used to workout at least 5 days a week, and was in the best shape of my life.....however I met the love of my life and slowly got out of my gym routine. Now after being together for 3 years, and just getting married in April I have decided to take charge of my workout and weight loss goals yet again. I have attempted to start so many times and constantly find myself saying - Monday I will start.....and Monday never comes! So I have joined spark and plan to keep a daily blog of my workouts, as well as tracking EVERYTHING I eat on here each day.

My Goals:
My goal is to lost at least 20 lbs. I plan to meet these goals by doing the following:

- stay within my Spark calorie range.

- drink around 12 glasses of water per day.

- try to be below 2600 mg sodium per day.

- burn at least 200 calories with cardio 6x a week

- do strength training 3x a week

- try to get at least 7 hours sleep per night.

Weight loss goals:
150 - April 26
145 - May 26
140 - June 26
135 - July 26
130 - August 26
125 - September 26

My Program:
I am training myself to do a 5k run...which I thought would be a great way to get myself back into cardio and jumpstart my weight loss. I found a great podcast on itunes that talks you through the training week by week for 9 weeks. I am also doing strength training 3 days a week.

The supplements I am currently taking:
- Womens multi-vit
- Omega 3/fish oil
- Tonalin CLA
- Acai Berry
- Citrical Bone Density Builder w/ Calcium & Vit D
- Glutamine

I was just married and am looking forward to getting my body back into amazing shape before we start trying to have a family.

Thanks. I ended up missing the run today because of the heat, but I am going to make up for it in the morning. I have a treadmill here at the house, I just really hate to use it. I am going to cave in the morning though. lol. How are you?

When you edit your spark page, click on the picture you want to change and near where it says browse for a picture to place in there, there should also be a link that says you can add a picture from their gallery. Then you just pick the picture that you want.

I hope you had a great Easter Sunday!!! I am starting my P90X strength training again tomorrow... had to take some time off because the arm was bothering me again, but it has been a good week and a half of rest for my arm, so I am ready to get going again. Hopefully this time will last a little longer =)

Onederland is what a few of us call it when you leave the 200's and make it into the 190's on the scale =) I am so ready to be done with the 200's!!! I have been eating healthy, but I am trying to get even better. I just rearranged my schedule a bit this morning to fit a few more workouts in during the day. Hopefully this will get me through the plateau. Thanks for the suggestions.
