When you edit your spark page, click on the picture you want to change and near where it says browse for a picture to place in there, there should also be a link that says you can add a picture from their gallery. Then you just pick the picture that you want.

I am starting my P90X strength training again tomorrow... had to take some time off because the arm was bothering me again, but it has been a good week and a half of rest for my arm, so I am ready to get going again. Onederland is what a few of us call it when you leave the 200's and make it into the 190's on the scale =) I am so ready to be done with the 200's!!! I have been eating healthy, but I am trying to get even better. I just rearranged my schedule a bit this morning to fit a few more workouts in during the day.
