Currently working to lose 5% of my weight by July. Following a healthy diet, tracking everyday and exercising daily.
I have set a goal to be fit. I have lost 14 pounds to date and have started to exercise regularly. The exercising regularly is my biggest accomplishment.

Sounds like you have it all planned! Great! So difficult to get exercise in when working!
I have taught all my kids how to do laundry, but its still sometimes easier to do it myself! They will do it in a pinch though, and its very helpful when they do!

Thanks for dropping by my blog this morning--and I have to agree there are times when fast food is the ticket, but now I try and look for more healthy foods, lol. Thanks again, have a great Sunday! Also--good luck on the 5% Challenge, I'm doing that, too!
