"Bridges..Building, Crossing, Burning"

Hi I began at SparkPeople on 10/17/2013 and continue to be excited with the tools and options available. I started my wt. loss on June 1, 2010 documented at 535 pounds and am about 1/2 way to my goal of 250. I lost a few on my own, then 100 on Jenny Craig, and then more on my own following illness, and as of 6/8/14 another 51 on SP bringing me to 191.0 pounds loss. I am here for the continuing support and networking with others. I am working with SparkCoach, have completed the 90 day ...
I am working with SparkCoach, have completed the 90 day 4-step and found it helpful for my accountability. I have moved into the Motivational module to continue channeling my personal growth. I wish I had of know of SP sooner and when I was much younger!

Thank you for the nice comment on my blog! I was looking at your page and you are truly an inspiration. My mom has been in the 400s my whole life and even now she isn't doing anything to even try to lose weight. Losing weight is hard no matter what size you are. I have a good 125-150 lbs to lose myself and some days I just want to throw in the towel. It's definitely a journey and you are doing an amazing job! Blessings, Dee
