In November of 2009 I finally began working on nutrition, cardio, strength, and rest simultaneously. It has been like a puzzle coming together and everyday I smile (or laugh) when I see the changes in my body.

My Goals:
I want to live a heathy lifestyle by: 1. maintaining my weight, 2. walking 10,000 steps on days I don't work out. 3. exercising 3-4 times a week. (Includes cardio & strength.) 4. completing in my 2nd triathlon in June.
My Program:
Over the past twelve weeks I have done cardio 3-5 days a week. (Zumba, swimming, water areobics, walking, elliptical, bike, or run) I've strength trained 2 days a week. (Upper body one day and lower body the other.) I'm about to begin focusing on a run, bike swim program to help me prepare for my tri in addition to continuing my strength program.
Personal Information:
I am an Air Force spouse and mother of two.
Other Information:
I always had problems trying to "fit" fitness into my life. Now I choose to make fitness a part of my life.
