My Goals:
Lose 27-30 lbs

How I'm getting there...
1. Walk at least 5,000 steps every day.
2. Stop drinking soda!
3. Run the bowl at least twice a week.
4. Eliminate snacking.
5. Stick to my regimen.

My Program:
I am trying the appetite suppression diet Shangri-la where you eat non flavored calories between meals to adjust your set point. It reduces how much you want to eat and helps me stay away from huge portions without the mental anguish of feeling restricted. Also getting inspiration from friends and tracking goals here and on 43things.

I'm walking/running at least 5000 steps a day and that's pretty much it. Diet and exercise!

25 and working on being everything I want to be

Other Information:
when you're feeling down is when you need to remember your inspiration the most!
