Exercise 5 or 6 days a week but never hurt

Eat the appropriate calories in order to lose weight and reach my goal but never feel deprived and to always build muscle

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

My Program:

Weight training 4x/s per week split

30-45 min stationary bike or elliptical on days I don't weightlift
