Tarrhone's time

It's been 7 years since having my last child...I have run out of excuses. It's just a decision, a choice that I have to make. It is my time now. Start date Sept 4, 2011 at 175lbs....goal 135 by Jan 1, 2013...one day at a time, one pound at a time.

My Goals:

Exercise 5 or 6 days a week but never hurt

Eat the appropriate calories in order to lose weight and reach my goal but never feel hungry

Drink 8 glasses of water a day

My Program:
Women's sports club 2x/s week (volleyball, floor hockey etc)

Weight training 3-4x/s per week

30-45 min stationary bike or elliptical on days I don't weightlift

Cross country ski with my husband and boys whenever I can
