I did a lot better yesterday. Tracked my food and came in within my calorie range. I didn't look too closely at micronutrients, but I'm sure they were all low. Once I get the hang of eating reasonable amounts, I'll work on eating more nutritious food. Until then, I think I should bust out the vitamin supplements!
So, I sort of screwed up today. Didn't track, but I'm pretty sure I'm over my calories. Also didn't get out for any exercise. I did go to the farm stand and got some fresh veges so I can make some healthy meals this week. Assuming I can get off my butt and into the kitchen!
