2013 A new year a new me.....

I have decided that in 2013 I want to challenge myself. so I have set some goals for me to attain. I want to walk a 15k. I want to do squats with a 50 lb. barbell....I do 48 lbs. now. I want to build some SERIOUS muscles. I am a Jesus freak so I want to go out in God's amazing creation that I am in love with and find new ways to celebrate Jesus. So I do know I can do anything I set my mind to doing. In Group Power weight lifting class I always ask the instructor to work me out real hard. And I always pick the hardest workout to do. So I am so up for these challenges. Just wait you will see the new me............

My Goals:
To continue on with my Group Power weight lifting classes 3 days a week and to lift one day a week at home. To do cardio 5 days a week for 50 to 70 minutes each time.

My Program:
To know that I am stronger than I think I am . To live this healty life style with the all my heart. To do it with Jesus and Dennis. To continue on with my clean eating life style.

Personal Information:
I work as a nursery attendant at a local church. God gave me this job and I love it.

Other Information:
I have lived in the same town all of my life. I have one sister who is 18 months older than me. I love to go motorcycle riding with Dennis, I love to go camping, and working out.

Hi Terri, thanks for the well wishes and I was thinking of just sending a card to my dad from my son and leaving it at that. I've been so low lately cause of all the pain and I know the last thing I need is stress.

The victory is yours, if only you choose, to do what is right, so that you can lose!

Just keep moving ahead, doing things to keep you fit, not allowing distractions to keep you from it.

Don't focus on things, that will hold you back, just shove them aside, to keep you on track!

If you look back, and see what brought you down, you will find what it is, that can turn around!

Keep your heart, and mind focused on to your goal, there is plenty of stuff, that is good for your soul!

Be happy with the steps, that you take every day; don't get stuck in the traps, that will pull you down out and away!

I thank you for your encouragement, it means much to me! Keep moving forward, and soon you will be free!
