Well since I am unemployed and a large portion of my diet consists of what I am given from the fresh food bank, losing weight is very difficult.
After reading a book called, Why we are Fat, and what to do about it, my BF and I decided that it made the most amount sense out of any diet or lifestyle book I had ever read.
It is essentially low carb, reduced calorie. I am a vegetarian so it can be difficult to find enough low carb protein choices.
However this is the first plan that I have not been hungry on, at all and I am eating less calories than I ate on others.
So join me on my journey to healthy!
I will take you on a tour of what I eat, how I try to stay healthy and lose weight.
This is often difficult as I receive mainly bread and potatoes and odd vegetables.
