THE CHAMPIONSHIP

This is my championship life I am embarking on. I was born in 1961 have enough experience on where I've been and time to experience where I will be.

I've develpoed some healthy habits but I'm challenged with portion control. I'm going to do the Beck Diet solution which I'm finding is making me aware of some eating habits. One of my challenges will be verbalizing my experince with a diet coach and it'll be interesting to see how I do on this.

Hi Ju! Been so long since I read the comments on my page and just caught up today! I still am super impressed with you and your marathons! I knew a marathon was 26.2 miles, but wasn't sure that was what you were actually doing or not! I love how you can just jet off to a marathon and then walk/run it! Impressive! Belly dance class was cancelled b/c not enough people signed up, but a new class is meeting this Tuesday. I can't wait! My eating is still a problem for me. I really messed up this weekend, but hoping I can bring it all back under control for the rest of the week until my weigh in day on Wed.! Thanks for your comments on my page and on my blogs! It means a lot to me! Spark on!!

Oh btw, my favorite exercise is, walk away the pounds (Leslie Sansone), I think the reason for that is because that's what got me started , but no matter how hard i try i never get below 198, i'm always mixing it up though.
