My Goals:
My goals are to be free of disease and health problems that come from being overweight. In the process, I know I will have more energy, clothes will fit better, and I will save a lot of money that would otherwise be spent trying to regain my health.

My Program:
I enjoy walking indoors and out. When I am indoors I use an elliptical or Wii Walk It Out. I average 1-2 hours a day 6 days/ wk. Most days I stay within my calorie range by using the food tracker. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables and nuts are my mainstay. I quit drinking soda and replaced it with water.

Wow! That's a lotta blackberries! We have really been enjoying the cantaloupes from the farmer's market this year. I think all the rain has been good for them.

Jeanette, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results!
