2011!! Time to try again!!!!

Well it's JUNE now and I've gained weight!!!!

Dang it! Time to stop waiting for the "prefect time" or waiting for whatever the something is I think is going to magically make me smaller and get off my BUTT and DO SOMETHING about it!!!!

My Goals:
1) Lose some pounds and tone up for SOFTBALL!!

2) Ride in the 25 mile Tour de Whatcom on 7/31/2010





My Program:
1) Measure & weigh my food in proper proportions.

2) Record all the food I eat in my Nutrition Tracker, keeping my nutrition in the suggested range.

3) Participate in 40 minutes of Cardio everday. Including 5 miles of walking each week and 2 sessions of water aerobics each week.

4) Preform 30 minutes of Stregthening Exercises 3 times a week.

5) Enjoy my fit, healthy new lifestyle and my SparkTime.
