I am looking for a Sparkbuddy (or several). I need someone to check in with daily. I'm trying to get back into ten minutes a day, and I need someone to poke at me when I haven't done it yet.

Can you help me with this? Would this be beneficial for you, too?

When I cut out sugar for four weeks to see what would happen, I didn't, as some people do, find myself not missing it with sudden bursts of energy and newly-clear skin. I just found myself plotting out the delicious things I'd make when the four weeks were up.

I have other goals I want to add to my streaks, but I'm starting with just getting ten minutes of exercise in every day.

My Goals:

I watch too much TV. I've been having stress dreams about gigantic ocean waves drowning me. People sometimes can't tell if I'm being sincere. I just bought a garlic press.

Sweet potato broccoli bowl sounds good, except Iím not keen on sweet potato, but the broccoli bowl bit sounds good!

Oh yes I suddenly have a load of goals in the run up to BLC27 starting on 14th Jan. But itís no big deal if I donít achieve those goals. More a case of keeping them in sight so I remember to work on them.

I still havenít decided what diet plan to follow, but Iíve started working out a weeks menu with calories and ww points. I also found out that ww are starting something new in January where you get to choose from 6 eating plans, one of which is low carb, which surprised me. I might go along in the New Year and see how that works.

DH & I enjoyed our walk this morning. Nice to get out for some fresh air. Did just over 40 minutes because it was a bit chilly. We both need thicker woolly hats!

Nut roast for tea tonight. I love nut roast! Will have at least 3 vegs with it. What are you eating today?

Hi how's your day going? I raced around town this morning so am counting that as my daily walk. Veggies are on the menu for tonight. Brussels sprouts, carrots and peas. And I did a little journal entry. So all on track.

I just read a great blog. A lady who blogged 7 different breakfast/lunch/main meals with snacks. I thought that was a really good idea. 7 different breakfasts. Wow! My breakfasts are always really boring!

Oh and I used to frequently dream about drowning too, and being spread eagled on bridges, paralysed with fear of falling in the water. Haven't had a dream like that for years though. It's all to do with stress is it?

Hiya!

Not quite sure what my food plan will be yet. Thinking maybe counting calories. Or maybe counting carbs but will have to check out how that works.

I set up a few streaks for my fast break goals.
A daily walk, 2 freggies/day, and journal x 3/wk.
