I'm wrapping up a challenge I set for myself: work out for at least 10 minutes every day for 100 days.

I've found two things:
1) I almost always go beyond 10 minutes
2) I look forward to it!

I've always been an eat-what-you-want person. I do NOT respond well to restrictions on food. So for days 101 and on, I'm setting a goal of getting three servings of fruits/veggies a day. Low? Yes. More than I'm getting now? Sadly, yes. But not for long!

I watch too much TV. I've been having stress dreams about gigantic ocean waves drowning me. People sometimes can't tell if I'm being sincere. I just bought a garlic press.

Thanks Susanna for adding me as a friend. As you suggested, I went on YouTube today and found some walking videos from Jessica Smith. Hubby and I did one of them together this afternoon and it was really good!

Susanna, great about the tracker. That is a good start. Don't stress over the food tracker. The only person who sees it, unless you want it posted, is you. You can hide your weight, everything that you want and keep it all private.

Each step you take here, is a great step. The tracker is a great tool.

You CAN do this!!
