The Journey from Overweight to Healthy

My weight loss journey has been in two parts: the first part was going from obese to overweight. That involved losing 70 pounds. The second part is going from overweight to healthy. My Goals:
To keep my motivation tank from hitting empty! Living a positive lifestyle. Maintaining healthy habits and being consistent with a routine.

My Program:
I use a Fitbit to keep track of my fitness stats and my food and I blog and journal for motivation. My step goal is currently 10K and I am into yoga and Turbo Jam. I eat six meals a day spaced three hours apart.

Personal Information:
I'm from Wisconsin. I am a Theravadan Buddhist. I have a 5-year-old son that is the centre of my world and a Pomeranian that loves to walk. I love coffee and tea, The Killers and Franz Ferdinand, reading, writing, and watching episodes of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
