Hi, welcome to my Spark Page.
I'm trying to get healthy more than lose weight. I know I have weight to lose, but I figure if I concentrate on my health goals the weight loss will follow. For my own records, I started changing the way I eat on September 26, 2011.

My Goals:

My Program:
I'm following a modified Paleo diet, low carb/high fat, no gluten, grains, or sugar. I swim twice/week and do aqua aerobics twice/week.
