Just tracking my weightloss via internets.

2011 Winter-1 5% Challenge Goals
I will exercise at least 30min everday, burning at least 200-300.
I will be using the internet and other resources to develop my own diet by teaching myself how to find low calorie food and how to prepare them myself.
I will lose AT LEAST 1lb per week (however, I have figured the math for me to lose 2lbs per week)
I will not be let down if I do not see results, instead I will view ...

Loose all of this extra baggage. It's really getting in the way of me taking over the world.

My Program:
Counting calories and using what got me this way-a gaming system! What I mean is I mostly workout via my Wii. Once all of this snow goes away I will also be riding my bike to work.
