Sweet Taste of Change
I'm a super optimistic person and I love to motivate others; I just wish I could figure out how to motivate myself!! I have 2 daughters (4 years and 2 year as of May 2012) a super skinny husband who has such high metabolism he sometimes forgets I struggle :) But he means well...he really does!! A neurotic cat, and a newly adopted German Shepherd mix who loves to give kisses. My husband recently returned from deployment so I'm getting back on track, taking it slow, but not too ...

My husband recently returned from deployment so I'm getting back on track, taking it slow, but not too slow, just enough not to overwhelm myself. I hope to spread the spark and motivate some other people as I work to motivate myself and reach my goals. My Goals:
A healthier lifestyle. Being able to play with my daughter in the backyard on a sunny day. Being able to hike up a mountain with my husband. Being able to find clothing that fit me with out having to have my friend tailor them. Being able to touch my toes. I also want to lose 60 pounds before my husband returns from deployment in a year!
My Program:
Small steps. I'm just changing small details of my life, one by one. I'm not good with keeping up on big changes, but if it's small I think I can manage!
