Renewed Determination

Well, this is my second time around. Life got crazy and I had forgotten the real reasons I had decided to join Spark. A lot has changed in the last month or so since I have been on, the biggest change being I have started school. Working on my Bachelors in Human Services Management.
I reason I started Spark wasn't because I am fat, I have been most of my life. The reason I started is because I have such a hard time breathing, navigating stairs, can't do the simplest task like load the ...
Well, this is my second time around. Life got crazy and I had forgotten the real reasons I had decided to join Spark. A lot has changed in the last month or so since I have been on, the biggest change being I have started school. Working on my Bachelors in Human Services Management.
I reason I started Spark wasn't because I am fat, I have been most of my life. The reason I started is because I have such a hard time breathing, navigating stairs, can't do the simplest task like load the dishwasher without back pain. We won't even discuss hygine, diabetes(not sure on the spelling) runs rampent in my family, and now since I have stopped losing, my feet are painfully swollen most of the day everyday. So I reset my page and am starting over. Whatever incidents lead to me stopping will not be my excuse to stop again. I am writing down every where why I need this to work.
The reason it will work this time, I have a new more positive attitude and renewed determination.

Weight loss goals:

I will also commit a minimum of 5 hours a day to building a business.

I will eat 5 a day, learn 2 new receipes a week, eat fish 2 times a week, do cardio 30 minutes a day at least 5 days a week. Shooting for 6 days a week.


Continue to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

I will actively seek out ways to learn more patience and read 2 books a month that have to do with self improvement.

I will take 20 out of every day to do the paperwork for my present business.

Thats a good start I think.

My Program:
To meet my goals I make a pledge to me to log in everyday, keep my fitness and nutrition trackers up to date, ask for help when i need it, that includes motivational help as well. I also will surf thru the tons of information and help tools and resources to make myself and my health number one.

Other Information:
I love to read and play games like mah jong, i would like to love more active stuff as well. I have made a commitment to myself that i will try 3 things i have never had before each week i go grocery shopping.
